This wine comes from our plots of land located on the Bergheim finage, managed in biodynamics, agroforestry, and with a daily concern for the greatest sustainability and the greatest respect for life. It is produced from all the historical Alsatian grape varieties that have been planted, mixed and harvested together.
The terroir of mixed limestone and marl
forms a multicoloured, shimmering object, made of bright and warm colours, heavy and thick, with a deep robe, a complex and aromatic nose, leaving a persistent memory of a tropical fruit.
To be served with fish in sauce, white meats, blue-veined cheese and pan-fried foie gras.
13 Alsacian grapes (Riesling 50%, autres : 50%).
