General terms and conditions of sale

Deadline, after which we will cease all en primeur sales.

Prices

The prices indicated are in Euros, all taxes included, ex-Bergheim cellars, per case of 6 or 12 bottles of 75 cl, for the Grand Crus. For the Premiers Crus,

delivery

by batch of 3 bottles of 75 cl.

The minimum order is 6 bottles. Naturally, packaging in multiples of 3 is carried out when the order is made.

The payment of the amounts including all taxes gives rise to the sending of a pro-forma invoice valid as a title of ownership. You are responsible for any shipping costs prior to delivery.

Delivery 2nd half of 2025.

In 2025, we will send you the notice of availability of your 2022 Primeur reservations, specifying any shipping costs in the event of shipment, as well as a delivery coupon to be completed. As soon as we receive the balance and the delivery coupon, a final invoice will be issued. According to your instructions, we will hold the wines at your disposal for collection in Bergheim, or we will hand over your order to a transport company for delivery in FRANCE.
